Position Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the drawing staff, processes, and drawing integrity to ensure that MLC is following the best industry practices while maintaining the greatest integrity of the drawing process.


Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

The following duties are normal for this job and should not be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.  Other duties may be required and assigned.

  • Manage the schedule for the ICS Operator staff
  • Create, review, and revise the drawing procedures and checklists
  • Monitors and executes production processing to assure accuracy and timely completion of workload
  • Conducts draw-style drawings utilizing digital draw systems
  • Prepares, plans and approves documentation supporting successful completion of draw activities
  • Help test new server hardware, digital draw systems, and software releases related to data center operations and drawing services
  • Compares and documents ICS and gaming vendor’s production processing results
  • Troubleshoots and reports production processing problems to appropriate personnel for resolution
  • Retrieves files and reports from vendors
  • Distributes daily information and drawing reports
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (day/night), as well as weekends and holidays
  • Ability to provide coverage when necessary to ensure proper staffing for all drawings

Education and/or Experience:

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or Networking preferred.

 

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in computer operations, systems analysis, software development, business analysis or data analysis is required.  Must be able to understand technical concepts and possess strong analytical skills. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and security standards a plus.  Good communication and documentation skills.  Advanced PC skills – MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint.
